Pieces are NOT microwave tested

Most pieces are dishwasher safe. All except for pieces with lustre (Gold and Platinum), this will make the decoration fade, please wash by hand.

Although it is dishwasher safe I usually recommend hand-washing more of the textured pieces.

Currently I am unable to take any commissions due to producing a new range of products. I am now offering Pre Orders on certain regular stock, like mugs, incense stick holders, spoon rests, wax burners etc. Regular stock that comes in various glazes and decorations. Each product with a different waiting time due to how long it takes to make and the drying process.

If you order more than one Pre Ordered item I will send them out when the final item is ready to ship. If you would like the item before that I recommend making two separate purchases but it means you will pay for 2 deliveries.

I try to use the most eco friendly or recycled materials for packaging. (Cardboard boxes, recycled paper notes, paper tape etc.)

However, currently I am using bubble wrap which is not ideal for the environment but it feels wasteful to not finish the roll before I move onto a more environmentally friendly packaging. If you would like to send back any of the packaging instead of disposing of it yourself or reusing please email contact@katiebartonceramics.com and we can sort out the next steps.

If for any reason you haven't received your package by the designated time please email with your order number and I will update you as soon as possible.

Tracked Delivery is an option and you can keep track using the Royal Mail site, once you have received you dispatch email. 

Unfortunately due to the handmade nature of the products I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However if  any products are faulty, arrive broken or if the wrong item is received -

All refunds will be processed once I have received the product; it should be sent back unused and in the same condition it was sent out.  A tracked service must be used.

Due to COVID restrictions and logisitcs of a small studio space in my home I am currently unable to offer lessons but hopefully as this year progresses I will open up my studio to others.
